My treatment space is located in the Medical Arts Building on Baker Street, two doors to the right of John Ward Coffee. Come upstairs and I’m the second door on the left, please leave shoes on the mat outside and come on in to the waiting room.

If you are showing any signs of illness, e.g. fever and/or chills, recent onset of coughing, diarrhea, please do not come in. Get in touch with me, 250-509-0272, and we will reschedule your appointment. I will do you the same courtesy. I have disposable masks on hand, if you wish to use them, and upon request, I am happy to wear one as well.

ACCESSIBILITY: Please note there is a steep flight of stairs to access my treatment space and no elevator.

SCHEDULE: I have a young family and my schedule may change from time to time, if it doesn’t work for you now, please check back. As my family grows, so too will my schedule.

If you enjoy your treatment with me, please leave me a review or refer a friend or loved one to receive my work.

Many thanks for supporting my small business <3

Registered massage therapists are registered health-care professionals who:
assess soft tissue and joints of the body for the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders
have undergone extensive post-secondary education in the treatment and prevention of injury, pain and physical disorders though the manual manipulation of structures of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, connective tissue, muscles, blood vessels, organs and other soft tissues.

As a registered massage therapist, my approach to bodywork is both clinical and compassionate. I specialize in integrative massage therapy, drawing from a wide range of modalities to support each client’s unique needs—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking balance and stress relief.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all session, I tailor each treatment using techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, and neuromuscular techniques. Every session is a collaboration between your body’s wisdom and my hands’ ability to listen and respond.

My goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to create space for true healing and long-term wellness. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your body and feel at ease.
